Security works on four
levels.
1. System Level: We
don't access your data - only your applications.
Our technicians limit their access to your machine.
They can't look at your files and data, only your system.
2. Activity Level: Every keystroke and move by
our technicians is recorded. They can go to jail
if caught violating your privacy. That type of
security doesn't happen at your local computer
shop or when a stranger visits your house to work
on your machine.
3. Physical Level: Our facilities and infrastructure
are ultra modern and secure. No one gets in or
out without passing numerous security checkpoints
and tests. In addition, our computing and network
infrastructure is protected by the latest measures.
4. Human Level: All of our technicians undergo
rigorous background checks and ongoing oversight.
All are highly trained in their fields and value
their career choice.
Also, please remember
that if your PC has adware or viruses, that your
security is already severely compromised. These
programs could be logging keystrokes and diverting
your browser.
We also leave a detailed log file of everything
what we did during the concierge visits and it
is stored on your PC. You can see what we did
– every single move!
