Who we are
Clean Machine provides a radically new
service that consumers and small businesses really want - your very own PC concierge. This is a service that provides relief from the adware, spyware, and viruses that plague home and small business PC users. We are primarily a preventative service and we keep bad things from happening to your PC. We can also fix your PC's software problems at the start of the relationship. We have US and India-based staff which gives you technicians with great skills at a low price.
|
What
you get
If your computer is already spyware infested we
clean it for you and then enroll you in a program
to keep it spyware-free going forward. This leaves
you more time for the things that you really want
to do whether that is work or play.
|
Why
you want it
Spyware and viruses slow
down your computer to frustrating slow levels of
performance. Plus you get all sorts of annoying,
and sometimes offensive, things happening to your
screen. Some people get paid to put that stuff on
your computer. We take it off, and help keep it
from returning.
Why
you need us
- Get expert
help for your internet security.
-
Security is a confusing process and should
be done by experts. The security tools provided
by new and established vendors are powerful
but complex. We want our customers to ask themselves
7 key questions:
- Are you sure that you have the right tools?
- Are you sure that you are using the tools
correctly?
- Do you understand all the things that
the tools are doing?
- Are you sure that one tool is taking care
of all your needs?
- Do you understand all the intricacies
of what the tools are providing?
- Are you sure that you are getting all
the updates that you are due from
Microsoft and other hardware and software
vendors and that they are working
together correctly?
- Do you actually understand what
you have clicked and downloaded and
what may be dangerous or ineffective?
- The internet and
security tools are getting more complex. Our
concierges are security and PC experts. They
will dive deep into the technology and the system
so you don’t have to become an expert
in PC maintenance. Don’t assume that packaged
anti-virus and anti-spam products do everything
that needs to be done. Especially since the
nature of security threats keep changing. The
Clean Machine service offers unmatched thoroughness
and expert service and is another level of protection
that software vendors and ISPs can’t provide.
With Clean Machine you can have confidence that
its supremely qualified folks are watching over your
system and keeping it constantly operating at optimal levels.
